i am being told the council refuse to act as it is not recognised by the council despite their trucks collecting waste.on it. i have been advised by a manager at the council that they can still act even if on private land so they have lied to me because they do not wish to do anything as they are useless. the manager ny lying has confirmed that it is now a hazard and open to further fly tipping and rats

As this is private land the council will be unable to remove the rubbish. This will need to be raised with the owner of the land.
