Car way out of tax,and windows started to get broke,full of rubbish,vw polo just up from tesco,s in burges road

as ever,never a proper response from S.C.C surely if they had sorted the problem there would be no need for this response. the abandoned car was in the same place 5 weeks after i reported the matter
