Flytipping

Large amount of rubbish/litter/flytipping is being thrown over the temporary fencing onto abandoned land. Understanding this is private property, could this message be forwarded on within the council to seek the owner of the land to ask him to clear the rubbish?

Location: Earls road, bevois valley road junction. 2 areas of cordoned off abandoned land, both with large amounts of rubbish, litter and flytipping.

The smaller piece of land is under ownership of the council but is imminently going to be sold. The flytipping has been cleared.
